He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin Harris and Margaret Marie Higginbotham Harris; his son Charles Franklin "Petey" Harris; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Young. He is survived by: his granddaughter Caitlyn Harris of Buffalo; and his sisters, Mary Bailey (Arnold) of Red House, Margaret Ann Miller of Buffalo and Cora Young of Red House. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
