She was predeceased by: her aunt Rose Marie Thomas; her grandfather Charles Buck; and her great-grandparent Carrol Pack. She is survived by: her daughter Ellisyn Rose Marie; her great-grandparent Roxie Stone of Mason; her grandparents, George Vories of Carrolton, KY and Deborah Collins (Glen) of Leon; her mother Melissa Bocook (Justin) of Racine, OH; her siblings, Kyala Doerfler (Alan) of Columbus, OH, Autum, James Vories (Taylor) of Hurricane and Hunter Workman (Chelsea) of Charleston; her uncle Jason Buck (Barbara) of Hilliard, OH; and her nieces and nephews, Braylon, Breckin, Rowen, Colton, Amelia and Gracelynn. She is also survived by cousins, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions be made to a trust fund set up for her daughter, Ellisyn, at Peoples Federal Credit Union C/O Debbie Collins.
