She was predeceased by: her parents, Orazio Lucento and Angelina Lucento (Bevilacqua); her husband Zane Morris Scott; her granddaughter Shawna Scott; and her siblings, Orazio Lucento, Virginia Vance and Gloria Pishitelli.
She is survived by: her children, Sierra Sue Tilley (Arnold) of Princeton, Teena Monk (Willis Earl) of Bud and Zane Scott, Jr. (Patty) of Bud; her grandchildren, Scott Tilley (Crystal), Serina Hendricks, Stephanie Barton (Robert) and David Aaron Bailey (Joanna); her great grandchildren, Taylor Hartz (Brandon) and Benjamin Bailey; and her brothers, Willie Lucento and Tracy Lucento (Marty).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Bowers Hospice House, 454 Cranberry Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 in memory of Sonja.
