He is survived by: his wife Lillian Shrewsbury Bailey; his son Richard Bailey, Sr. (Sherrie) of Herndon Heights; his brother Jack Bailey of Bluefield; his grandsons, Richard Bailey, Jr. (Jessica) of Alpoca, Dereck Bailey (Tonya) of Beartown and Gregory Bailey of Herndon Heights; and his great grandchildren, Kyra Bailey, Brantley Bailey and Stephanie Hall.
