She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew O'Neal and Laura "Mitchem" O'Neal; her husband Carl; her daughter Cathy Nuckolls; and her son-in-law Dale Burgess.
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert "Bob" O'Neal, Melvin O'Neal and Elizabeth; her friend Rosalyn Whitt; her siblings, Andrew, Larry O'Neal of Mullens, Bonnie Whitt (Fred) of Bud Mountain and Betty Tilley (Kermit) of Bud; her children, Larry Sansom (Cindy) of Princeton, Clara Scott (John) of Bud Mountain, Bonnie Justus (Billy) of Brenton and Charlotte Burgess of Glen Rogers; her son-in-law Larry Nuckolls of Bud Mountain; and her friend Ronnie Lusk. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
