He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Belcher Akers (Shelby) of True, WV, Jennifer Belcher Goodwin (Tracy) and Karen Belcher Halsey (Shawn) of Radford, VA.; his grandchildren, Zachary Alexander Akers (Brandi) of True, WV, AnnMarie Kathleen Dunford, Abigail Caroline Dunford and Gabriel Blaine Halsey of Radford, VA.; his nieces, Stephanie Cooper Smith (John) of Lovettsville, VA and Kelly Cooper Hanson (Glen) of Charles Town, WV; his great-nephews, Chase Smith, Cooper Hanson and Benjamin Hanson; his siblings-in-law, Larry Cooper, PJ Williams of Virginia Beach, VA, Tom Sheets of Charles Town, WV, Michael Sheets of Newburg, WV, David Sheets (Rose) of Bealton, VA, Sandra McDaniel of Fayetteville, NC and Carol Anders (Ed) of Falling Waters, WV; and his caregiver Susie Shrewsbury.
