He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Carter and Lenora Dishman Carter. He is survived by: his wife Jean Hackney Carter; his son Ricky Carter (Alexandria); his grandchildren, Amie Campbell (Rob) and Chris Carter (Heather) of Beaver; his great grandchildren, Katelyn Helmandollar (Jacob), Tyler Hagy, Victoria Carter (Blake), Nevaeh Campbell, Kaylee Campbell, Damion Campbell and Antwon Campbell; his great great grandchildren, Piper and Cora Helmandollar; and his close friend Jack.
