He is survived by: his wife Mary Dominick O'Neal; his daughter Betty O'Neal (Steve); his grandchildren, Anthony Andrew Mitchem of New York and Rebecca Ann Mitchem Ross (Jonathan) of Mt. Kisco, NY; and his sisters, Bonnie O'Neal Whitt (Fred) and Betty O'Neal Tilley (Kermit). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, and great great nephews.
