He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gooden and Lorrain Lanham Gooden. He is survived by: his children, Roberta Waugaman of Buckhannon, Roger Gooden of Big Bend and Bruce Gooden (Tina Goodwin) of Queens; and his sister Phyllis Tenney of Queens. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
