She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Moore and Ruth Weese Moore; her husband Charles Godwin, Jr.; her siblings, Harold Keith, Anna Wees, Eva Gail Dean and Wilma Kerns; and her brothers-in-law, Dale Wees and Howard Dean.
She is survived by: her children, Rev. Sharon Ann Carr (Bob) of Buckhannon, Rodney Godwin (Barbara) of Buckhannon, David Godwin (Jane) of Buckhannon, John Godwin (Kim) of Morgantown, WV, Rev. Greg Godwin (Lisa) of Ellamore, WV and Dr. Jeffrey Godwin (Diane) of Greensburg, PA. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
