She was predeceased by: her parents, Alpha Daniel and Elsie Grace Moats Zickefoose; her former husband Roscoe Earnest (Bunk); her husband John R. Hammack; her stepdaughter Jane Rickard; her stepgrandchildren, Heather and Ashley; and her siblings, Calvin, Joe, Ted, Dickie, Lemoyne Zickefoose Page, Oleta Zickefoose Collins and Glenna Zickefoose Pringle.
She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret Zickefoose Orsburn, Roberta Zickefoose Dean and Leon Zickefoose. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
