He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman C. Day and Ivy Frances Boni Day; and his grandson Christopher Farnsworth. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy (Michael Farnsworth) of Buckhannon and Amanda Day of Buckhannon; his granddaughters, Hailey Farnsworth of Buckhannon and Bianca Leongtave of Buckhannon; and his siblings, Justin John "Butch" Day (Beth) of Buckhannon, Margaret Posey of Buckhannon and Pamela "Jill" Cimino of Buckhannon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
