He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Ann Slaughter Lewis; his children, Steven Brian Lewis, II, Caleb Lee Lewis (Candy) and Samantha Dawn Hollen; his grandchildren, Elisha, Lily, Lyla and Allison Lewis; and his siblings, Donnie Lewis, Chad Lewis (Bridgette), Marcia Bourgeois (Kenney), Kim Cogar (Donald), Michelle Welcher (Chad), Sheila Sines (Ray) and Tammy Cox (Brian). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
