She is survived by: her children, Randy Collins, Jr. (Melissa) of Buckhannon, Sheila Collins of Belington, WV and Billie Jo Koffman of Clarksburg, WV; her grandchildren, Randy H. Collins, III of Jane Lew, WV, Nathaniel Collins of Parkersburg, WV, Shaina of Buckhannon and Taylor Collins of Buckhannon; her great grandchildren, Brycen of Buckhannon, Aiden Collins of Buckhannon and Jeremiah Santiago of Buckhannon; and her brother Robert Weaver of Weston.
