With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Ned Neibarger of Buckhannon, West Virginia, born in Mount Vernon, Ohio, who passed away on February 27, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Charlton Neibarger and Rita Joyce Beckholt Neibarger; and his aunts, Louella and Gladys. He is survived by: his daughters, Tabatha Miles (Gerard Workman) of Buckhannon, Jennifer Blake (Richard) of Buckhannon and Shirley Dixon (Cody) of Weston; his extended family, Kenneth Miles, Angelique Miles of Buckhannon, Rose Cornelius (Troy D. Jr.), Cheyenne Blasier (Kelson) and Jasmine Cornelius (Jon Nottingham); and also Troy D. Cornelius, III (Tadem). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
