He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Wegman Fitzwater Fox of Buckhannon, WV; his siblings, Edward Fox of Columbus, OH and Elizabeth Fox Nichols of Hico, WV; his sister-in-law Wilma Cole Fox of Lansing, WV.; his stepchildren, Stanley Fitzwater (Cynthia) of Belington, WV, Kenneth Fitzwater of Morgantown, WV and Lisa Hulver (David) of Buckhannon, WV.; his grandchildren, Amie Nicole Starliper (Damione) of Latrobe, Tessa Fazzini (Mike) of Clarksburg, WV, Alivia Shomo (Markus Ross) of Buckhannon, WV, Seth Fitzwater of Morgantown, WV and Raychel Fitzwater of Bridgeport, WV; and his great grandchildren, Tatum Hulver of Buckhannon, WV, Ezme, Hazel Fazzini of Clarksburg, WV, Paislee and Elizabella Fincher of Winchester, Virginia..
