He is survived by: his wife Lillie Mae Brown Hinkle; his children, Richard Douglas Moore (Jackie) of French Creek and Rhonda Moore (Jeff Everett) of Bruceton Mills; his stepchildren, Karla Mealey of Weston, Amy Buchanan (Mark) of Barboursville, Kevin Hinkle (Melissa) of Buckhannon and Jerry Hinkle (Mary) of Allen, TX; and his siblings, Joan Blodgett (Allen) of Polk, OH, Cathy Kalbani (Abedallah) of Virginia and Garry Moore (Laura) of Lorain, OH.
