It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Cochran of Buckhannon, West Virginia, born in Webster Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Ralph and Aileson Carpenter House; her spouse Mickey L. Cochran; and her siblings, Violet Thomas, Richard and James House.

She is survived by: her siblings, Delores Casella of Buckhannon, Sandra Murtha (Mark) and Mike House of Saint Albans, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
