He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Fultz of Rock Cave and David Fultz (Michelle) of Buckhannon; his grandchildren, Vlademir, Ravenus, Xavier and Katara; and his siblings, Mary (Larry Dean) of Buckhannon, Naomi Dianne (William Gene Dean) of Shinnston, William Lynn Fultz (Jacquie) of Buckhannon, Joseph Wayne Fultz (Sonya) of Buckhannon and Timothy Ellis Fultz (Sandra) of French Creek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
