She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Miller and Goldie Tenney Miller; her former husband Charles Hinchman; her children, Delbert Charles Butts, James Ralph Williams and Frances Bonita Williams; and her great grandchild Brittany Grace McCray.
She is survived by: her spouse Cleston Mills; her children, Larry Cutlip (Bev) of Buckhannon and Darlene Bender (Leon) of Buckhannon; her grandchildren, Charles Butts, Jr., Tonya Butts (Mike), Tiffany Butts, Tabetha Bennett, Larry Cutlip, Jr. (Kayla), Daniel Powell (Keisha), Misty Green (Jamie), Penny Cutlip, Traci Cutlip, Darletta McCray (Danny), Crissy Confere (Jamie), Andrea Lantz (Cyrus) and Nikki Hayes (Pete); and her siblings, Robert of Buckhannon, John Miller of Buckhannon and Lucy Mullins (Stanley) of Buckhannon. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
