She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Bennett and Georgia Virginia Teets Bennett; her husband Elwood Skidmore; her brothers, Billy Richard and Athol Duane Bennett; and her sisters-in-law, Juanita J. Bennett, Juanita R. Bennett and Geraldine Laethem.
She is survived by: her siblings, Herbert Paul Bennett of Boulder, WV and Beatrice Propst (Everett) of Buckhannon; and her sisters-in-law, Glendelene Jones, Vera Bennett and Benita Bennett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home (95 S Kanawha St, Buckhannon, WV 26201). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
