He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy O'Leary and Jean Melanson O'Leary; and his brother Brian O'Leary. He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Nolte (Sam) of Buckhannon; his grandchildren, Ben of Buckhannon, Maggie of Buckhannon and Joey Nolte of Buckhannon; his siblings, Jim O'Leary (Lynn), Dan O'Leary of Wayne, WV, Bruce O'Leary of Chesapeake, VA, Jeannie O'Leary of Gonzalez, LA and JoAnne Foster (Van) of Birmingham, AL; and his cousin Jane Small. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
