He was predeceased by: his parents, Macel F. Riley and Beatrice Riley (Corley); his daughters-in-law, Ellen Riley and April Riley; and his sisters, Sue Kincaid and Jolleene Kelshaw.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie Riley (Lewis); his children, Robert Riley (Patti McGolnick) of Bennettsville, SC, Richard Riley (Gail) of Imperial, PA, Brad Riley (Stephanie) of Morgantown, Chad Riley of Buckhannon, Thomas Ball (Allison) of Clarksburg, Michael Ball of Alliance, OH and Terri McCann (Ray Snider) of French Creek; and his brothers, Delbert Riley of Buckhannon and Elbern Riley of Moncks Corner, SC..
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Riverbend Golf Course (591 Evun Breth Acres, Buckhannon, WV 26201).
