She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Bailey and Leah Bailey; her husband Theodore Blend; her stepmother Margaret Bailey; and her siblings, Edward Bailey, William Bailey and Carole Walker.
She is survived by: her sisters, Marlea Borden, Sue Stewart and Elaine Jelliff; her children, Diane Hill (Greg) of Buckhannon, Debra McCoy of Athens, Ohio, Bruce Blend (Teresa) of Buckhannon and Thomas Blend (Robin) of Cherryville; her grandchildren, Jason Hill, Allison Swan, Cara Richardson, Megan Springer, Brian Blend, Eric Blend, Leah Blend, Kelly Radford and Jared Blend; and her great grandchildren, Shelby, Emmy, Baylor Hill, Ryker, Everett Swan, Annica, Asher Richardson, Jacob, Marley Hattie, Maddox Springer, Elliot, Leon Blend, Teddy Blend, Emery Radford and Nora Blend.
