She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Wentz and Myrtle Williams Wentz; and her sister Audra Lanham. She is survived by: her husband Gary Hansford; her son Robie Messenger of Buckhannon; her grandsons, Brandon Messenger (Christina) of Philippi, WV and Brian Messenger (Valerie) of Philippi, WV; and her great grandchildren, Avery of Philippi and Kaitlyn of Philippi.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to "ARK From the Heart", which is a 100% "Acts of Random Kindness" movement created by her son to honor Louella's memory.
