She is survived by: her parents, Gary Bailey of Buckhannon and Ruth Ann Coakley Liggett of Buckhannon; her close friend David Harper of Buckhannon; her children, Janet Harper of Buckhannon and David "Bubba" Harper, Jr. of Buckhannon; her grandchildren, Xavier of Buckhannon, Opie of Buckhannon and LeeLynn Harper of Buckhannon; her sister Angela Bailey of Hackers Creek, WV; her niece Crystal Pumphrey of Buckhannon; her nephew Brandon Pumphrey of Buckhannon; her grandmother Noami Coakley of Buckhannon; her cousin Rejeana Smith of Buckhannon; and her pet Sam. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins and a sister, wife.
