She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul V. Miles and Virginia L. Boram Miles; her husband Nicholas Caris of Ohio; and her close friend Donald McCoy. She is survived by: her son Mark A. Miles (Betsy Jo McGowan); her grandson Tyson Pugh of Buckhannon; her cousin Sue Miles Nichols of Virginia; and her close friend Mary Davis of Buckhannon.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Heavner & Cutright Funeral Chapel (940 WV-20, Buckhannon, WV 26201). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
