He is survived by: his parents, Steven Jon O'Keefe (Sunnie) of Seminole, FL and Debra Lucille Sullivan King (Russell) of West Frankfort, IL.; his wife Melissa "Missy" Howard O'Keefe; his children, Layken Downey, Skylar O'Keefe of Buckhannon and Joshua O'Keefe of Buckhannon; and his siblings, Jennifer Ryan O'Keefe of Buckhannon, Ashley King, Donnie Nourie, Robbie Nourie and Jeremy Nourie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
