It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Nell Foster of Buckhannon, West Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on May 18, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Helen Kouns Smith; her husband Charles Foster; and her siblings, Robert Smith and Cheryl Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Michele DeVincentz (David) and Joseph Ashley Hadaway, Jr. (Kelly); her grandchildren, Brittany Hadaway, Joseph A. Hadaway, III, Matthew DeVincentz and Rachel DeVincentz; and her godson Dale Smith.
