He was predeceased by: his brothers, Neil, James and Mark Rice; his parents, Icie Rice (Baxa) and James Rice; and his sister-in-law Hollie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Walters (Bill) of Martinsburg, WV., Brenda Bierschwal (Don) of Olmsted Falls, OH. and Sherry Seabolt (Amanda) of Berea, OH.; his granddaughters, Ashley Mull (Wayne), Amanda Bierschwal and Amber Bierschwal; and his siblings, John Rice (Dorothy), Garry Rice, Tom Rice (Rita) and Carolyn Clutter (Glenn). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Baker Osinski Kensinger Funeral Home (206 Front St, Clarksburg, WV 26301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Heavner & Cutright Funeral Chapel (940 WV-20, Buckhannon, WV 26201).
