She was predeceased by: her father Edwin E. Woody, Jr.; her grandparents, Morgan, Virginia Patterson, Edwin, Sr. and Lois Woody; and her cousin Jessica Cosner.
She is survived by: her mother Roberta Jean Patterson Woody of Buckhannon; her husband Brian Lynn Zickefoose; her children, Forever, Matthew Walls and Garrett Zickefoose; her parents-in-law, Roger and Barbara Zickefoose of Buckhannon; and her sister-in-law Kim Cyr of Montgomery, AL. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and cousins.
