He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Lillie Comer McNeish of Weston; his wife Kelley McNeish of Buckhannon; his children, Jackson Steele McNeish of Morgantown, Maddox James McNeish of Buckhannon and Ella Reese McNeish of Buckhannon; and his parents-in-law, Bradley and Linda Toothman Reese of Buckhannon.
