He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Warner and Irene Smith Warner; his siblings, Mary Katherine Tenney, Virginia Rhodes, Betty Hyre and Ray Warner; and his brother-in-law John Hyre.
He is survived by: his wife Elouise Reese; his children, Sandra K. Wright (Curt) of Panama City, FL, Russell W. Warner (Renee) of Buckhannon, Dr. James G. Warner, Jr. (Robin) of Lynchburg, VA and Rodney W. Warner (Debbie) of Newberry, FL; his grandchildren, Brittany Conover (Ryan) of Buckhannon, Caitlin Warner of Charlottesville, VA, Courtney Warner of Buckhannon, Megan Warner, Alexis Dennison, Gary Cope (Ginger), Michael Warner and Phillip Warner (Victoria) of Canada; his great grandchildren, Kiralym Conover of Buckhannon, Haley Warner of Canada, Emma Dennison, Scarlet Lyke, Nicholas Cope, Elliot Cope, William Cope, Grant Warner of Canada and Matthew Lyke; and his brothers, Willie Warner (Betty), Leroy Warner (Sue) of Buckhannon and Ed Warner of Buckhannon.
