He was predeceased by: his parents, Ebert Cannon and Emma Luceba Lee (Morrison); and his siblings, Virginia Odell Lee, Ireta Luvera Hunt, Loretta Marie Lee, Armeda June Hamm, Lucille Sadie Baker Swast, Georgia Geraldine Tucker Kovach, Ray Forest Lee and Troy Everett Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Lee (Mealey); his children, Diana Jean Hefner (Jerry) and Timothy Franklin Lee; his grandchildren, Robert James Hefner (RJ), Alisha Marie Jean Conrad (Charles) and Jeremy Lewis Hefner; his great grandchildren, Alyssa Marie Hefner, Kendall Morgan Hefner, Meranda Rae Conrad, Ashden Leighann, Lauren Olivia Hefner, Hadley May Hefner and Denver Glenn Hefner; his siblings, Kathleen Jean Mealey (Denver) of Ohio, Maxine Alice Zabrecky (Lee) of Ohio, Doyle Richard Lee (Lydia) of Ohio and Tommy Leon Lee (Brenda) of Selbyville; and also Robert McMasters. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
