He was predeceased by: his parents, Hartsel Lewis and Audrey Thomas Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Campbell (Glenn) of Buckhannon and Jeffrey Lewis (Katrinia) of Buckhannon; his grandchildren, Tesla Lewis of Buckhannon, Cody Herbert of Clarksville, TN, Edward III of Buckhannon, Erica of Buckhannon and Kaylia Burnside of Buckhannon; and his siblings, David Lewis of Teter, WV and Joyce Riley (Marion) of Buckhannon.
A reception was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Riverbend Golf Course (591 Evun Breth Acres, Buckhannon, WV 26201).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jack's memory to the Buckhannon Fire Department.
