He is survived by: his mother Ketha Tenney Simmons of Frenchton, WV; his spouse Lynn Reid; his daughters, Jordyn Simmons of Buckhannon and Adison Simmons; his siblings, Todd Simmons (Beverly Riffle) of Hodgesville, WV, Tonya Miller (Brook) of Fairmont, WV and Tammy Whitlock of Mt. Airy, NC; his mother-in-law Ella Marie "Old Granny" Reid of Buckhannon; his siblings-in-law, Chris Loudin (Jennifer) of Tallmansville, WV and Kari Gibson (Ron) of Buckhannon; his uncle Jim; his aunt Connie Simmons of Frenchton; his nieces and nephews, Josh Curtis of Vandalia, WV, Chris Curtis of Parkersburg, WV, Jamie Poling (Justin) of Rock Cave, WV, Rachel Ball (Adam) of Adrian, WV, Amber Dulaney (Spencer) of Mt. Airy, Logan Teter of Mt. Airy, Briana Locke (Samuel) of Mt. Airy, Chrissy Loudin (Dustin Claypool) of Hodgesville, Holly Loudin (Jeremy Ables) of Lewis County, WV, Logan Loudin of Tallmansville, Emily Loudin of Tallmansville, Lacey Loudin of Tallmansville, Kaitlyn Gibson (Redwan Kazi) of Morgantown and Kailey "Lisa" Gibson of Buckhannon; his great-nephew Corbin Claypool; and his close friends, Jeff "Arab" Herrick, Tom Queen and Lenny Stone.
