He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brylan Kelley, Brynleigh Kelley, Branson Kelley and Skyla Varvel; his siblings, Gary Kelley (Wilma) of Salem, VA, Link Kelley (Kathleen) of Ten Mile, WV, Fred Kelley (Patty) of Buckhannon, Terry Kelley (Hallie) of Kanawha Head, WV, Milda Gooden of Queens, WV, Lorna Reed (Jerry) of Tallmansville, WV, Annie Koon (David) of Ten Mile, Brenda Landis (Robert) of Ten Mile, Ruth Lilly (Randy) of Buckhannon, Loretta Westfall (Roger) of Ten Mile and Marsha McCrady (Jerry) of Tallmansville; his cousin Donald Kelley; and his friends, Jeff, Janice Ball, David, Laura Ray, Rick Reed, Alvy and Torina Watson.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home (95 S Kanawha St, Buckhannon, WV 26201). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
