She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Russell and Francis Tenney Russell; her husband Robert Winkler; and her siblings, Bradford, Garnet Russell, Myrtle Kelley, Opal Harper, Rita Zirkle and Della Hoover.
She is survived by: her brothers, Grover Russell of Buckhannon and Nelson Russell (Mary) of Queens, WV; her close friend Jackie McAtee Herman (Tom) of McMurray, PA; and also, Aaron Herman (Cassandra), Noah Herman of Bethel Park, PA, Adam Herman of McMurray, Catherine Herman of Waynesboro, PA and Sean Herman of Ukiah, CA.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
