He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ford Haymond and Lottie Isenhart Haymond; and his siblings, Reba Riffle, Reva Thornton, Calvin, Claud, Ervin, Burl, Jerry, Roger and Ralph Haymond.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Powers Haymond; his children, Douglas Brooks Haymond (Pam) of Buckhannon and Stephanie Haymond Ward (Stephen) of Volga; his grandchildren, Melinda Lipscomb (Ed), Amberley Phillips (Josh), Trenton Ward, Brooksley Ward, Jadee Ward, Hunter Haymond and Madison Haymond; his great grandchildren, Parker Lipscomb, Anna Lipscomb and Gainer Phillips; and his brother Russell Haymond of Rock Cave. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
