She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Neal and Aulda Messenger Neal; her husband Paul B. Mackey; her daughters, Patty Ann Light and Jane Paulette Cox; and her siblings, Agnes Woodson, Emma Radcliff, Charles, Raymond, Herley, Riley Jr., Leo, Lester and Roy Neal.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Kathy Jo Hardman (James Brian) of Ninety Six, SC, Melissa Kelley (Elmer) of Tallmansville, WV and Crystal Cochran (Brian) of Kenna, WV; her great grandchildren, Joshua Kelley (Elizabeth) of Horner, WV, Jacob Kelley of Tallmansville, Austin of Kenna, Brandon of Kenna, Carter Cochran of Kenna, Kristen Villarreal (Chris) of Waterloo, SC and Jasmine Hardman of Greenwood, SC; and her great great grandchildren, Aleah Kelley of Tallmansville, Bryar Kelley of Tallmansville and Jonah Kelley of Horner.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home (95 S Kanawha St, Buckhannon, WV 26201). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
