He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Ey, Jr. and Sandra Ey. He is survived by: his close friend Lisa Cutright Reed; his daughter Heidi Ey Teevan; his grandchildren, Baillie Teevan and Lyric Teevan; his stepchildren, Robin Reed and Justin Reed (Hayley); his stepgranddaughter Haistyn; and his siblings, Elwood Ey, III and Elan Myers.
