Smith (Buckhannon, West Virginia), born in Kingwood, West Virginia, who passed away on October 17, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard Opel and Esther Kelly Opel; her children, Rhonda Lynn Wilson of Buckhannon, Tanya Renee Nutter (Don) of Hepzibah, WV, Derrick Wilson (Christy) of Elkins and Jason Lloyd Wilson of Salem, OR; her stepchildren, Jill Herr of Virginia Beach, Jamie Baldwin of Virginia Beach, Katrina of Buckhannon and Jacob Smith of Buckhannon; her grandchildren, Chelsey Ray, Courtney Kern, Tyra Wilson, Whitney Wilson, Kona Wilson, Klohee Wilson and Keegan Wilson; her great grandchild Reese Kern; and her siblings, David Opel of Kingwood, Roger Opel of Kingwood, Ronald Opel of Kingwood, Barbara Luckel of Terra Alta and Delores Vogelsong of State College, PA. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Cornerstone Community Church at 73 Crescent Ave, Buckhannon, WV 26201.
