With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Eugene Henderson of Buckhannon, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2024 at the age of 91. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Flay and Edna Ruth Henderson (Barnett); and his wife Mary M. Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Donald Henderson, Jr. of Buckhannon and Deborah DeGroff (Rick) of Montrose; his grandchildren, Rick DeGroff, II (Sarah) of Milton, Jon DeGroff (Candi) of Eleanor, Joe DeGroff (Amber) of Nitro and Ashley DeGroff Gill (Jonathan) of Elkview; his great grandchildren, Emily, Grace, James, Matthew, Kate, Joey, Leah, Patrick, Henry, Olivia, Joshua DeGroff, Thomas, Isobel, Lydia and Jacob Gill; and his sister Linda Rabatin (Leonard) of Williamstown, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
