He is survived by: his wife Susan "Sue" Jeanne Mulligan Lewis of Buckhannon; his daughters, Wendy Bowen (Wright) of Fairmont, Jamie Owens (Craig) of Morgantown and Amanda Newman (Adam) of Lost Creek; his brother John Lewis of Morgantown; and his pets, Luna and Lyra. He is also survived by grandchildren.
