She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Weeks and Flora Otho Hunt Weeks; her spouse Wilmer "Junior" Mathias; and her sisters, Reba Johnson and Mary Jane Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila M. Brockleman (Gary) of Buckhannon and Judy Tenney (Joe) of Buckhannon; her grandchildren, Lori (Mike) of Murfreesboro, TN, Todd (Debora) of Buckhannon and Kristi of Buckhannon; her great grandchildren, Luke (Jessica) of Buckhannon, Joe of Murfreesboro, Jess (Makayla), Gage (Karley), Megan of Murfreesboro, TN, Garrett of Buckhannon and Peyton of Buckhannon; and her great great grandchildren, Bellamy of Buckhannon, Greyson of Buckhannon and Layne of Buckhannon.
