He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Faye Layman Byers of Buckhannon and Adam Radabaugh; his stepfather Jack Byers; and his stepbrother Wiley Byers. He is survived by: his wife Ellen DeBarr; his children, Jeff Radabaugh (Amy) of Bridgeport, WV and Amy White (Frank) of Buckhannon; his grandchildren, Brynn Radabaugh, Madison, Savannah Reed and Jacob White; his siblings, Blaine Radabaugh (Shirley) of Buckhannon, Edward Radabaugh of Buckhannon and Barbara Fultz; and his stepsister Bonnie Alkire (Dave). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Kesling Mill Lions Club or the organization of your choice in honor of Charlie.
