She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Carroll and Josephine May Sutton Starkey; her children, Becky Dawn Tenney and Forrest Clifton Tenney; her brother Clifton "Butch" Starkey Jr.; and her stepmother Mamie Georgeline Starkey.
She is survived by: her daughter Johnna Darnell (Matthew) of Charleston, WV; and her siblings, Tip Starkey (Debbie) of Buckhannon, Latisha Jackson (Robert) of Hodgesville, WV, Tammy Trump (Jeff) of Charleston, WV and Tracy Burnside (Karl) of Buckhannon, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
