She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ray Black and Nora Elizabeth Veith Black. She is survived by: her children, Andi Cartier of Buckhannon, Corliss Cartier of Rockford, IL and Brenda Cartier Abbett (Mitch) of Minnesota; her grandchildren, Matthew, Kristina and Daniel; and her close friend Ina Jean Cutright.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Clutter Funeral and Cremation (21 Elnora Circle, Buckhannon, WV 26201). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clutter Funeral Home Chapel (21 Elnora Circle, Buckhannon, WV 26201).
Bonnie's generous spirit was also evident in her contributions to the Humane Society, Wounded Warriors, and the VFW.
