She is survived by: her husband William Elmer (Bill); her daughters, Sandra Walters, Tammy Loudin, Debra Cox and Donna Walton; her grandchildren, Brian, Jared, Nathaniel Loudin, Cheyenne Troxell, Sierra Starkey and Derek Tinney; and her siblings, Lavern Shiflett, Lorraine Lowery, Kaye McIe, Linda Chidester, David Bond, Tom Bond and Bonnie Cutright. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
