He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hayes Perkins and Katherine Perkins (Foley); his sibling Hayes; his former wife Patricia Ann Radabaugh (Patty); his children, Randall Bern, Sandra, Karen Leventry (David) of Buckhannon, Bonnie Mayhew (Terry) of Romney, WV and Jeffrey (Vanessa Perkins) of Buckhannon; his grandchildren, Mathew Leventry, Wade Leventry (Jessica), James Bern Mayhew (Maiko), Louis Leventry, Melissa Mayhew Gibbons (Brian), Sarah Leventry, Hayes Perkins, Katherine Perkins Boone (Jared), Gage Raschella (Perkins) and Adalyn Perkins; his great grandchildren, Sydney Leventry, Ike Leventry, Leam Mayhew, Luke Mayhew, Laurel Gibbons, Colton Boone, Colin Gibbons, Leon Mayhew and Caleb Boone; his wife June Furr Perkins; and his stepchildren, Emily Mead (Dan) of South Charleston, WV and Michael Furr.
